At Ellaé Lisqué, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
